
Cheese & Ham Omelette
A simple two-egg omelette filled with a modest amount of ham and mature cheddar.
Ingredients
- β’2 Eggs
- β’25 g Lean ham, finely chopped
- β’15 g Mature cheddar, grated
- β’8 g Butter
- β’To taste Freshly ground black pepper

Non-stick frying pan, bowl, whisk, spatula
Method
- 1Whisk the eggs with black pepper.
- 2Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan over a low to medium heat.
- 3Pour in the eggs and cook gently until almost set.
- 4Scatter the chopped ham and grated cheddar over one half of the omelette.
- 5Fold the omelette in half and cook for another 30β60 seconds until the cheese has melted.
- 6Serve immediately.
