Ingredients
- β’180 g Frozen oven chips
- β’1 Egg
- β’Β½ tsp Olive oil
- β’To taste Freshly ground black pepper

Method
- 1Cook the oven chips according to the packet instructions until crisp and golden.
- 2Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat.
- 3Crack in the egg and cook until the white is set and the yolk is cooked to your preference.
- 4Serve the egg with the hot chips.
- 5Season with black pepper and serve immediately.
