  • Floury baking potato - 250 g
  • Tuna in spring water, drained - 80 g
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
  • Lettuce leaf - 2 leaves
  • Freshly ground black pepper - To taste

  1. Preheat the oven to 200Β°C (180Β°C fan).
  2. Prick the potato several times with a fork and place it on a baking tray.
  3. Bake for 50–55 minutes until the skin is crisp and the centre is completely tender.
  4. While the potato is baking, drain the tuna thoroughly and mix with the mayonnaise and black pepper.
  5. Remove the potato from the oven and cut a cross into the top.
  6. Gently squeeze the sides to open the potato.
  7. Spoon in the tuna mixture and serve with the lettuce.
