  • Cooked chicken breast, diced - 62.5 g
  • Tomato, diced - 18.75 g
  • Avocado, chopped - 25 g (optional)
  • Cucumber, diced - 37.5 g
  • Red onion, diced - 15 g
  • Red wine vinegar - 7.5 ml
  • Lentils, drained - 100 g
  • Feta cheese - 7.5 g
  • White Pitta - 1
  • Plain full-fat yoghurt - 12.5 g
  • Lime - ΒΌ
  • Fresh coriander - handful

  1. Mix the chicken, tomato, cucumber, avocado if using, lentils and onion together in a bowl.
  2. Toss the mixture with the red wine vinegar.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the yoghurt with the lime zest and lime juice.
  4. Cut the pitta in half and open the pocket. Fill with the chicken mixture.
  5. Sprinkle over the feta, drizzle with the yoghurt and lime dressing, then finish with coriander and serve.
