
Tuna & Sweetcorn Sandwich
A familiar tuna and sweetcorn sandwich with a light mayonnaise dressing on soft white bread.
Ingredients
- β’2 slices White bread, phosphate-additive-free
- β’80 g Tuna in spring water, drained
- β’30 g Sweetcorn, drained
- β’1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- β’2 leaves Lettuce leaf
- β’To taste Freshly ground black pepper

Method
- 1Drain the tuna thoroughly and place it in a bowl.
- 2Stir in the sweetcorn and mayonnaise until evenly combined.
- 3Spread the lettuce over one slice of bread.
- 4Spoon the tuna mixture over the lettuce and season with black pepper.
- 5Top with the second slice of bread, cut in half and serve.
